Important Notices for Switch Pay Users

Digital Asset Services: Digital asset transactions and custody services on Switch Pay are facilitated by Ibanera LLC and Transak Inc. Please note that neither Ibanera LLC or Transak Inc. are insured depository institutions or banks.

Digital Asset Risks: Digital assets are not legal tender, are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”), and do not receive bank deposit protections. Digital assets are subject to extreme price volatility and the possibility of losing value. Users should be aware that digital assets held in accounts are not insured by any governmental entity, including the FDIC. The trading or holding of digital assets involves significant risk, and it is important to assess if such activities align with your financial situation. Digital assets are not backed by any bank guarantee and may lose value.

Utility of Digital Assets: Digital assets used or traded on Switch Pay may have specific utility on the Switch Pay platform for accessing services or products. Users should not expect these digital assets to have any value outside of the Switch Pay ecosystem.

Market and Jurisdiction Limitations: Switch Pay reserves the right to select the markets and jurisdictions in which it operates. Switch Pay may, at its discretion, restrict or refuse the provision of services in certain countries or regions.

Technology Services, Not Banking: Switch Pay is a technology company and does not operate as a bank. The platform facilitates financial transactions through advanced technology solutions. Any banking-related services, including USD deposits, are provided by our partner entities, not directly by Switch Pay.

Changes to Services: Switch Pay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its services at any time without notice.

No Investment Advice: Switch Pay does not offer investment advice. Users should seek independent financial advice before engaging in any transaction involving digital assets.

User Responsibility: Users are responsible for understanding the terms and conditions of the services offered by Switch Pay, Transak, and Ibanera LLC. It is the user's responsibility to abide by all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction regarding the use of digital asset services.
